	Wednesday, November 17, 2021 Pelican The beaches around here have really nice tide pools with all kinds of wildlife. We regularly find snails, hermit crabs, shore crabs, gobies, anemones, mussels, and even brittle stars. Haven't seen any octopus or sea hares yet, but there are supposed to be a bunch around. I wonder how the pigs would react. They are of course afraid of birds. For good reason! But even though pelicans are giant and intimidating, they are pretty harmless.
