	Wednesday, December 7, 2022 Watermelon Sense We had a few small watermelons in the garden again this year, and just like last year we shared the rinds with the pigs. The home grown watermelon rinds are tender and juicy right up to the skin, and not too sweet, so they're a perfect snack for the pigs. Somehow the pigs were able to sense the watermelon. It was like they could hear the sound of the knife slicing watermelon flesh from across the room.
