	Monday, October 13, 2025 Getting Ready to Go Sometimes it takes a few minutes to get ready to go to the vet. We have to get the little pee pads into the pet carrier. And then we have to catch both of the piggies even if they're not in the mood to be picked up. And we usually prepare a couple baby carrots or some other treat to keep them occupied in the car so they don't start struggling to get out of the carrier on the way there. But when we went to the new vet, we accidentally got them all packed earlier than we needed it. It's a bit of a drive, maybe almost half an hour, so we decided we better let them stretch their legs first so they didn't get restless on they way. They were so comfy in their carrier, though, they didn't want to leave it. Luckily the carrot was still able to occupy them most of the way.
