One Bedroom Apartment
When we first bought our pigs, we bought the All Living Things X-Large Cage with Playpen. It was the largest cage in the pet store, and the staff made it sound like we were absolutely pampering them with a mansion. It's only 35"x18"! This was before we learned that pet stores routinely downplay the level of care pets require. The same thing happens with fish. It did have a playpen, which adds another 35"x35", but we could not leave it open all of the time, because it has no bottom and they would ruin our floors.
We soon upgraded to a Midwest brand cage, which at least is the recommended size for two pigs. But even that was eventually not enough for two feisty males, who are always engaged in madcap hijinks! Remember that time they traveled through time?
