	Tuesday, January 24, 2023 Eye Beverage We had to separate Potato from Fuzzy the first few times we gave him eye drops. Potato was already interested in licking Fuzzy's eyes, as a form of respect, but once he tasted the eye drops he was intrigued and wouldn't stop. The vet told us to make sure he didn't do it, since he could make the infection worse by getting his mouth near the injury. Since he wouldn't relent, even when we tried to block him, we eventually moved him to the other half of the cage any time Fuzzy got the drops. Because he's a smart pig, he actually caught on quickly and learned not to do it, since he knew he would get in trouble. The irony is the vet told us the drops taste bad, and some might roll into Fuzzy's mouth, so we should give a treat along with the drops. Apparently Potato didn't think so.
